We have prepared an offer for the production of machine parts for industries related to automation, pneumatics, traffic maintenance, as well as for the mining industry. Due to the growing market expectations, we chose versatility and flexibility. We assume that continuous development is the basis for the functioning of a prospering company, therefore we improve the quality of our products, shorten delivery times and care for relations with our customers.
Production automation
In order to improve and shorten the time of our work, we focused on CNC technology based on production automation. It is thanks to our CNC machine tools that are extremely precise and accurate, and at the same time fast, that we are able to make all the details. We perform three and four-axis CNC machining. The elements we create also serve many industrial enterprises to improve production processes by automating production.
Thanks to the use of the most modern technologies and tools, we deal with the processing of:
- structural steels: alloy and unalloyed - improved and hardened;
- acid-resistant and stainless steel;
- non-ferrous metals;
- aluminum;
- plastics, etc.
In our work, we use chip processing methods: CNC milling and CNC milling We perform the tasks entrusted to us on the basis of a drawing provided by the client or on the basis of documentation prepared by the employees of our company on the basis of the pattern provided to us. The use of modern CAD and CAM software allows to create a new approach in the design and production processes at all stages of product development. We work with many partners in the field of heat treatment, galvanization and etc.

Quality control
In order to verify the production process, each of our elements undergoes a meticulous quality control process. We use renowned device manufacturers such as Mitutoyo, Mahr. All our measuring devices are legalized in accordance with the ISO policy carried out in our company.
